The premise of a “signature song” is that every person, and many organizations, have a core identity or genius—a distinctive way of creating value. Being aware of and rooted in this signature expression of yourself generates powerful “resonant fields” where innovative ideas are born.
And yet, this sense of ourselves can so easily slip away.
Through a collaborative songmaking process, Maryliz works with individuals and organizations to capture their unique genius in music. Those who have completed the process (including some past participants of the ELIA leadership programs) use their songs to elicit their truest instincts and courageously step into themselves. The experience so deeply unravels what we offer the world, that it inspires us to look for the gifts in others to combine with our own.
