Sound acts as a guide in a myriad of ways to lead individuals, systems and communities back home to themselves through sometimes unexpected pathways.
The heart of my work is here. My ear is always attuned to who a person is at their very core, their essential character and unique way of being in the world. The sound reminds them of this, gives depth and even a map back to home base.
Arriving at home base, the person or group is then able to give form to a project, to a relationship, even to a personal sense of self more clearly and accurately. Music deepens and accelerates this process. Combine this medium with a skilled facilitator's delicate stewarding of complex and challenging dynamics, and the partnership can only be of profound benefit."
Overview of the Program:
ThresholdArts is a forum for learning how to respond effectively to particular thresholds that matter to you now. It is a highly experiential format that combines art and science, with facilitated and self-directed learning opportunities. In the spirit of play and exploration, we bring compassion to ourselves and one another, creating space for learning, growing and cultivating new possibilities for the future of ourselves, one another and the communities where we live.
